This series documented Phase Shifting Index, a large-scale seven-channel video installation by Jeremy Shaw. The commission focused on installation views that follow how the staged archival footage of movement-based groups, projected across different twentieth-century media formats, turned the space into a para-scientific, ritual-like environment, tracing the work’s exploration of altered states, parallel realities and the tension between transcendence and documentary truth.
